to suit clients' needs be it a condition survey in connection with
a proposed purchase or a valuation for mortgage probate or tax purposes.
Building Survey
The most thorough, comprehensive and informative
report we provide, based on an extensive and detailed examination
of the building. This is suitable for all residences but is particularly
suited to larger and older houses. The report is tailored to suit
each property as opposed to the "off the peg" Home Buyers Survey
What will the report cost? The fee for the report will vary according
to the value, age and type of the house concerned and the type of
report required. An estimate of the fee in respect of a particular
property can be ontained from the survey department on request.

to report for a purchaser when Nicholas Craddock Estate Agents are
acting in the sale of the subject property.

Homebuyers Report and Valuation
